IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
I am asking all of our Empresa families to work with us in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and keeping our school open for in-person learning. Our ability to remain open and prevent the spread relies on all of our staff and families adhering strictly to these guidelines. If your child or any member of your household does become ill with COVID-19, we ask that you notify us immediately.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL AND CONTACT OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY:
- If your child has ANY of the symptoms listed on the decision tree guidelines. (Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or Body Aches, Headache, New Loss of Taste or Smell, Sore Throat, Congestion or Runny Nose, Nausea or Vomiting, Diarrhea)
- If your child has been exposed to someone who has tested positive, they should NOT return to in-person learning until given a return date by our nursing staff. This includes exposure to someone living in the home that is positive.
- If you are awaiting a COVID test result for your child, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE NEGATIVE RESULT.
