Hello Empresa Families,

We want to welcome you to the 2023-24 school year at Empresa Elementary!  We are delighted that you are a part of our amazing learning community and we look forward to working with you and your children as we place our dedicated focus on academics, positive school attendance, and continued socio-emotional learning/support.  The first day of school will be Wednesday, August 16, 2023. 

Some of the things that we are deeply passionate about continuing for the upcoming year are:

  • Creating a school culture where every student feels connected and valued

  • Working closely with families (as a team) to provide the very best support for our students

  • Immersing students with opportunities in music, singing and visual arts

  • Challenging students with rigorous academic programs

Empresa continually sets the bar for student achievement in our district. As a California Distinguished School, Empresa has proven that rigorous academics and solid teaching are the cornerstones for student success. Students flourish - both academically and socially - within our environment of support. Being student-centered is a concept deeply embedded in our school culture and educational philosophy.  

At Empresa, we thrive on connections and foster strong, positive relationships among all members of our school community.  The Empresa Elementary PTA and the Empresa Performing Arts Foundation (EPAF) are integral partners in our successful school program.  These parent organizations generously provide Empresa with funds and volunteers to maintain our educational efforts and exceptional music program.  Please consider supporting the efforts of these parent organizations.
